A Collaborative Class with Angel Closet Family Services

Our nervous system is responsible for more than our mood. It directly impacts many other systems like our digestive and endocrine systems. If we are stressed, anxious, depressed, or burnt out, everything suffers. In this 2-hour class, we will discuss some of my favorite herbs to soothe the nervous system as well as different modalities to use them. We will be taste-testing four herbs and you will have the option to add-on a tea blend to take home (at an additional cost).
What’s included in the ticket cost:
-A tea flight with four teas to sample
-Printouts with a recipe for each herb
-A small charcuterie box
For an additional fee of $10, you can also make your own tea blend with the herbs we discuss. You may decide and pay for this in the class.
